And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I once took a friends .32 ACP Walther PP down to the range and I was shocked by how accurate it was. It might not be much of a round but only hits count and I could hit with that thing. The new PPK's made in Arkansas get good reviews.
The 32 acp is surprisingly effective when you put those little rounds in the right place. I had a nice, 1903 Colt Pocket Pistol in 32, it was crazy accurate. I traded it for a like new, gen 3 Glock 19, for my nephew. Nephew turned bad. Wish I had the Colt back.
same here. this one is my second one. lost the first one in the divorce. took over two years to find it, but it was a safe queen. estate sale. like new in the box ! I take it out 2 times a year and other people are amazed at how accurate it is. nothing else comes close to that old German steel. a pistol to hand off to someone that knows what it truly is. the most lethal man I ever met carried a 22 pistol. he could empty the magazine in under a minute and put it all on a playing card at 25 yards all day long. he was a old ex spook in WW2. nice guy though.
I have this one's slightly larger sibling (PP) in .32ACP. Wonderful plinking pistol, so precisely manufactured. I'd love to have the pictured PPK in same round. Thanks for the photo.
Gunfights are a little different than target shooting. Accuracy is negatively affected when rounds are coming your way. I’ll stick with my Kimber.45 ACP.
Always carry a spare knob.

ReplyDeleteFiring a lower recoil round from a relatively heavy gun with a fixed barrel helps!

He's got a 32 gun in his pocket for fun and a razor in his shoe. And he's bad, bad...
